Without handing out any plot details, how did Sandra Bullock stomach every one of the weightless special effects she must contend with while producing Gravity - which, with up to $55 million in box-office projections with the weekend, is already shaping up to be the biggest October movie opening ever?

Though Bullock had costar George Clooney typically at her side, I would feel sorry for her continuously, director Alfonso Cuarón instructed the Associated Press with regards to his leading lady.

Lightening in which burden, Bullock said, was the warm atmosphere Cuaró provided for the set, which was further enhanced with her 3-year-old son, Louis.

'It has to be a great time for my personal son. I can't overlook him. If I overlook him, I will be useless to you, ' Bullock recalled telling Cuarón as well as the movie's producers before the girl accepted the role.

'You understand, he's just learning how to walk. So guess what is going to happen? I have to visit! He's taking steps! '

Everyone cooperated in in which department, she says. 'They achieved it so. It was household film. Everyone had kids. So everyone knew the worthiness of that. So that they said, If we make this amazing for him right where you stand, will you be ok? And I said, Yeah. '

For the actual shooting in the production, Bullock, 49, was all by herself before the camera on a England soundstage, attached to recently devised rigs that simulated constant free fall in place and weightlessness. (Cuarón, whose direction is drawing important raves, not only cowrote the screenplay along with his son Jonas, but he spent 4 years developing the movie using new technology with the visual effects, AP reports.)

'You're frustrated as you can't accomplish something, ' Bullock, who plays NASA professional medical engineer Ryan Stone, stated of defying gravity, and also meeting the physical requirement of positioning her body to check precise lighting and video camera cues - a discomfort she likens to therapy.

'There is no control, ' said the Oscar success. 'I was always out involving my element. I learned so much every day. And I just proceeded to go, Wow, isn't that funny how being miserable each day physically and then emotionally as a result of work then turns - forces you to open to whatever is coming your path. '
