Miss America Nina Davuluri Fulfills President Obama On The White House!

Miss America Nina Davuluri got a chance to meet with the US President Barack Obama Wednesday when she visited the actual White House. This beauty queen seemed excited to meet up Obama and even tweeted over it.

She talked with the actual president and took photos in honor of the Kid's Miracle Network Hospital Champions. Nina Davuluri is the 1st Indian-American to get won the Miss America beauty competitor.

'I’m so proud to get the first Miss America of Indian descent,' the lady said after winning the actual pageant.

Nina will be coming back to her home in Syracuse, N. York in November for 3 days. During this visit she'll be signing autographs intended for fans and attending the gala event. Proceeds from the events will visit the Empire Situation Educational Scholarship grant Fund. Tickets will be there for the public for the events and can be purchased about the Miss New York web page.

Nina Davuluri of Fayetteville, is the 2nd Miss New York in a row to be crowned Miss America. Davuluri won the title of Miss Nyc in July and was crowned Miss America within September. She has faced racial scrutiny on many support systems after winning her identify, but has be able to ignore negative comments and target the positive.

President Obama used Nina to give an example of how far our country has come with regard to racial equality. He instructed Prime Minister Manmohan Singh previous month. 'Now Miss America is of Indian-American amazing. I think it is a sign of how close our countries are.'

Miss American can enjoy a busy schedule in front of her. After meeting with this president and heading for you to Syracuse for charity function, she will continue to travel nationally, attending fundraisers and activities.
