Sara Gilbert affirms that she realized she had been a lesbian after making available with actor Johnny Galecki. And years in the future, Galecki said he'd still be very happy to hold her hand.

When it was Gilbert's change, she explained that while she was working away at 'Roseanne, ' she began dating with Galecki, who played her boyfriend then her husband on the display.

'I thought he was super cute and had a complete crush on him, ' your woman said, 'and we started dating and yet come over and we would make out and then I would will get depressed. '

Galecki, who is now on 'The Big Hammer Theory, ' felt bad and began to take it personally, Gilbert mentioned, until she explained to him she thought it had to do with her sexuality - she was coming to grips with being a lesbian.

And then, she said, he kept her secret close even while she began to date a woman 18 years her senior, who has been also in the public eyesight.

'It was something people could have found out about and Johnny, like, no one knew on the show, for years, and Johnny held secrets the whole time, ' your woman said. 'And I just felt so scared if it came out, what could happen. Could when i lose my career? Would I ever manage to play a straight role once again? '

Gilbert was clearly over emotional as she told the tale, as she often gets while discussing her sexuality and relationships about the show. She said that despite the fact that she's 'thrilled' to be who she's and where she is within life, there's still a component of her that gets scared with regards to being different.

Sara and Galecki are still in touch, so she said she termed him to tell him she would discuss the issue on the particular show, and was he OK achievable?

'The story sort of starts to you, ' Gilbert said she informed him, 'and you know I've had got to say that I made out to you and got depressed, which is kind of a bummer! ' She laughed.
