Jennifer Love Hewitt's Fiance Gets Actual Physical With Photographer!

Jennifer Love Hewitt and her husband to be, Brian Hallisay, were interested in a scuffle with a new paparazzo last Friday as soon as the photographer refused to stop snapping pics with the couple while they were out with the afternoon. The man filed a new police report after Hallisay allegedly got violent and injured his eye as the camera was up in order to his face.

Hewitt, who's going to be pregnant with the couple’s  1st child, reportedly allowed the photog to snap some more pics after the event, but apparently that wasn’t adequate to appease him. Given that he’s filed a problem, an investigation is underway. No arrests are basically made, however.

Hewitt and Hallisay are actually dating for a little on the year after meeting on the set of 'The Client List'and announced we were looking at expecting in June.

'This is a marvellous time and we are looking towards starting our family with each other, ' Hewitt said.

Maybe Hallisay was just staying protective of his female and unborn child; he certainly wouldn’t be the first celebrity to take issue having a paparazzo. Halle Berry has already been pushing legislation in California that will set limits on the amount of photographers can invade the place of a star if they have their children with these.
